【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesdimensionalrequirementsrelatingtotestspecimenspreparedfromplasticsmaterialsintendedforprocessingbymoulding,aswellastotestspecimenspreparedbymachiningfromsheetsorshapedarticles.Itgives,inonedocument,thedesignationsanddimensionsoftestspecimensusedfortheacquisitionofcomparabledataandalsootherfrequentlyusedspecimens.Thefollowingtypesoftestspecimenarespecified:a)TypeA1andtypeA2specimens(1=injectionmoulded,2=machinedfromasheetorshapedarticle)Thesearetensiletestspecimensfromwhich,withsimplemachining,specimensforavarietyofothertestscanbetaken(seeAnnexA).ThetypeA1specimencorrespondstotheISO3167:2002typeAmultipurposetestspecimen.TheprincipaladvantageofamultipurposetestspecimenisthatitallowsallthetestmethodsmentionedinAnnexAtobecarriedoutbyalltestlaboratoriesonthebasisofcomparablemouldings.Consequently,thepropertiesmeasuredarecoherentasallaremeasuredusingsimilarspecimenspreparedinthesameway.Inotherwords,itcanbeexpectedthattestresultsforagivensetofspecimenswillnotvaryappreciablyduetounintentionallydifferentmouldingconditions.Ontheotherhand,ifdesired,theinfluenceofmouldingconditionsand/ordifferentstatesofthespecimenscanbeassessedwithoutdifficultyforallofthepropertiesmeasured.Alsodescribedarereduced-scaletestspecimensdesignatedtypeAxy,wherexisthenumberindicatingthemethodofspecimenpreparation(1--injectionmoulded,2=machinedfromasheetorshapedarticle)andyisanumberindicatingthescalefactor(l:y).Thesecanbeusede.g.whenfull-sizedtestspecimensarenotconvenientorwhensamplematerialexistsinsmallquantitiesonly.b)TypeBspecimensThesearebarspecimenswhichcanbedirectlymouldedorcanbemachinedfromthecentralsectionoftypeA1specimensorfromsheetsorshapedarticles.c)TypeCspecimensThesearesmalltensiletestspecimenswhichcanbedirectlymouldedormachined,e.g.fromplates(TypeDspecimens),fromthecentralsectionoftypeA1specimensorfromsheetsorshapedarticles.d)TypeD1andtypeD2specimensThesearesquareplatesofthickness1mmand2mm,respectively.IfaparticulartypeoftestspecimenisnotmentionedinthisInternationalStandard,thisdoesnotmeanthatthereisanyintentiontoexcludetheuseofthespecimen.Additionalspecimentypesmaybeaddedinfutureiftheyarecommonlyused.
