【摘要】:Thispracticemaybeinvokedbyanyofthepartiesmentionedin1.2andmaybeincludedaspartofaspecificationorusedtoclarifyorreinforceanexistingspecificationthatdoesnotadequatelyaddressinspection.Wheninvokedbytheshipownerontheshipbuilder,theshipbuilderisresponsibleforthecoordinationeffort.Assurfacepreparationandcoatingrequirementsgenerallydifferfromshipareatoshiparea,thispracticeshallbeappliedseparatelytothoseareasofsimilarrequirements.Thecontentsofthispracticeshallbeaddressed(foreachapplicableshiparea)ataprestartupmeetingattendedbythepartiesmentionedin1.2.1.1Thispracticeisintendedtoserveasaguidefordeterminingspecificinspectionrequirementsformarinesurfacepreparationandcoatingapplicationduringnewconstruction,majorretrofit,orroutinemaintenancecontracts.1.2Itisintendedthatthispracticebeusedtocoordinateinspectionactivitiesbetweenshipowner,shipbuilder,coatingsmanufacturerandcoatingsapplicator,andthatspecificrequirementsbedevelopedbeforethecommencementofsurfacepreparationorcoatingapplication,orboth.1.3Thispracticedoesnotprovideameansofrecordingrequireddata(forexample,filmthicknesses,temperatures,relativehumidity,andsoforth),butinsteadestablishesaformatfordecidingwhatdatamustberecorded,whenduringthepreparation/coatingprocess,andbywhom.1.4Thispracticedoesnotestablishaccept/rejectcriteriaforsurfacepreparationorcoatinginspection,nordoesitaddressmethodsofrepairingdeficienciesfound.Itdoes,however,provideameansofdeterminingthem.1.5Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportisoneofaseriesofpublicationsthatprovidesanoverviewofIP-basedenterprisecommunicationinvolvingCorporatetelecommunicationNetworks(CNs)(alsoknownasenterprisenetworks)andinparticularNextGenerationCorporateNetworks(NGCN).TheseriesparticularlyfocusesonsessionlevelcommunicationbasedontheSessionInitiationProtocol(SIP)[6],withanemphasisoninter-domaincommunication.Thisincludescommunicationbetweenpartsofthesameenterprise(ondedicatedinfrastructuresand/orhosted),betweenenterprisesandbetweenenterprisesandpublicnetworks.ParticularconsiderationisgiventoNextGenerationNetworks(NGN)aspublicnetworksandasprovidersofhostedenterprisecapabilities.Keytechnicalissuesareinvestigated,currentstandardisationworkandgapsinthisareaareidentified,andanumberofrequirementsarestated.Amongotheruses,thisseriesofpublicationscanactasareferenceforotherstandardisationbodiesworkinginthisfield.
