【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestestsdesignedtodeterminethestaticanddynamicperformanceofsingle-actingordouble-actinganaloguepositioners.Thetestsmaybeappliedtopositioners,whichreceivestandardanalogueinputsignals(asspecifiedinIEC60381andIEC60382)andhaveapneumaticoutput.Positionerswithpulsedordigitalinputsignals,positionerswithdigitalcontrollersandpositionerswithpulsedoutputsareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Testingmaybeconductedeitheronapositioneralone,independentlyofanactuator,oronapositionermountedandconnectedtoaspecificactuator,asacombinedunit.Thetextmakesclearwheredifferentapproachesarerequired.Themethodsofevaluationgiveninthisstandardareintendedforusebymanufacturerstodeterminetheperformanceoftheirproducts,andbyusers,orindependenttestingestablishments,toverifymanufacturers'performancespecifications.Theclosestliaisonshouldbemaintainedbetweentheevaluatingbodyandthemanufacturer.Noteshouldbetakenofthemanufacturer'sspecificationsfortheinstrumentwhenthetestprogrammeisbeingdecided,andthemanufacturershouldbeinvitedtocommentonboththetestprogrammeandtheresults.Hiscommentsontheresultsshouldbeincludedinanyreportproducedbythetestingorganization.Thisstandardisintendedtoprovidedefinitionsofpositionerelements,actions,andcharacteristics,tospecifyuniformmethodsofmeasuringperformanceerrorsandeffectsofinfluencequantitiesonthosecharacteristics,andtodescribemethodsofreportingandevaluatingtheresultsofthemeasurementdataobtained.Thetestconditionsdescribedinthispublication(forexamplerangeofambienttemperaturesandpowersupply)relatetoconditionswhichcommonlyariseinuse.Consequently,thevaluesspecifiedshallbeusedwherenoothervaluesarespecifiedbythemanufactureroruser.Ifothervaluesareused,theyshouldbestated.Itisrecognizedthatthemanufacturer'sspecificationsandinstructionsforinstallationandoperationshouldapplyduringallsteps.Thetestsspecifiedinthisstandardarenotnecessarilysufficientforinstrumentsspecificallydesignedforunusuallyarduousconditions.Conversely,areducedseriesoftestsmayserveadequatelyforinstrumentsdesignedtoperformwithinamorelimitedrangeofconditions.Whenafullevaluation,inaccordancewiththisstandard,isnotrequiredorpossible,thosetestswhicharerequiredshouldbeperformedandtheresultsreportedinaccordancewiththerelevantpartsofthisstandard.Insuchcases,thetestreportshouldstatethatitdoesnotcoverthefullnumberoftestsspecifiedherein.
